The "LEGEND" Mrs Arati Girdhar the Founder of Piazza is a renowed Cosmetologist.Spanning a period of 26 years, Arati's career as a beauty professional has grown and blossomed into one of the success stories that we all want to be a part of. 56 year old Arati is the first name that comes to the minds of those in the city of Ludhiana when they think about beauty services.
Arati, who is also an MA BEd, took her training at Shehnaz in Delhi in 1991 after which she sat for the International Examination Council London exams and cleared them as well. After her training she opened her first beauty venture in Muktsar in 1992 and ran her holding successfully till 1998, which is when she moved to Ludhiana and started Piazza on Mall Road. Since then Arati has been sought after for her services with her clientele being the elite of the city. She is not only popular among those who she provides her valuable services to, she is also Ludhiana' go to person for guidance and tips on beauty. Arati makes sure that she keeps up with the times and upgrades her knowledge by attending various workshops and seminars. She has attended a number of workshops by Kraylon, Makeup Studio ,MAC and many more..

She is the resoponsible for the traning in the institute and takes care of both salons.

A Libran : Born on 4th of October, is a young energetic and hard working hair designer. Started his career in 2001 from a renowned hair academy in New Delhi. Slowly and gradually learning from the other metro’s of India he first went for his overseas training in 2004 at Netherlands (Europe), then in 2005 he won the prestigious Loreal Color trophy (Mens Image) which is suppose to be Oscars for the hair dressers. Then 2006 he went for his advance training twice to London at Saks hair academy and Loreal international training academy. In the very same year he went to Toni & Goy Singapore. In Jan. 2007 he again went to London for Matrix. In March 2006 he was appointed as Matrix design Team member doing seminars and workshops for Matrix. In June 07 he went to Croatia and then in 2009 he went to Toni & Guy, Hong Kong and was part of Matrix world at Macau as part of his advance training.
