This beginners diploma course is suitable for anyone wanting to learn the basics of hairdressing where progressing to a qualified hair professional within 16 weeks of intensive training .Previous hairdressing experience is not required. The course comprises of combination of theory work, written test papers, demonstrations, and workshops. Practical work will initially be taught on mannequins before the students progress onto live models, working on solid cuts, a variation of layering techniques ,graduated shapes, men’s barbering, setting blow-drying and finishing.

The course will also include chemical technical work, covering application and colour choice colour correction and hair relaxing & rebonding techniques, Students will again practice on mannequins before moving onto live models.

The final 4weeks will include a recape of all cutting and colourng teqniques and various of them, to assist students preparing for their final presentation .As n extension of their training, students are provided with the opportunity of experiencing a dynamic salon attachment programme.
